Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All purchases with a delivery on Aruba can be choosen to be picked up in one of our reseller stores. . Pickups are available Depending on the selected pick-up stores opening hours. . An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. Please make sure you have your pickup code ready when picking up your goods.

Free Shipping

We offer free International Airmail / Small Parcel shipping on all orders.

Once your order produced and packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free International Airmail / Small Parcel shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service at orders@arubangles.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note

  • A $30.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
